BJSA would like to thank ALL of our coaches, parents and most of all THANKS TO OUR KIDS for their effort in making the BJSA Soccer Program one of the best in the state!
Field closure information can be found on the Burlington Parks and Recreation Department webpage.
BJSA Board meetings take place on the 2nd Monday of every month at the Burlington Town Hall (please view the BJSA calendar for the most up-to-date meeting schedule). We could really use the help of some younger families so if any of you might be interested, or even if you’re not quite sure, we encourage you to attend one of our meetings. No soccer experience is required - we’re just looking for people who want to continue our goal of introducing the great game of soccer to the children of Burlington.
The yearly elections are in November but we are always looking for new members and officers. Complete the Parent Volunteer Form or just come to our next board meeting!

Dinomites U5 Soccer is an introductory soccer program designed to provide an age appropriate family soccer experience for 3 and 4 year old children. This age specific, story based approach is built around the introduction and development of the core motor skills required to play the game of soccer. Encourages active parent participation making the U5 Dinomites program a fun adventure for the whole family!
Sessions will last for one hour on Saturdays for 8 consecutive weeks and will be run by Arek Panfil of UK International. Due to the young age of the children, we do require parent involvement. Note that registration includes a shirt, shorts, soccer socks and a size 3 ball.
Micro Soccer is available for Boys and Girls who are currently in Kindergarten and 1st Grade and is also available for Pre-Kindergarten children in the Spring.
Recreational Soccer is available for Boys and Girls with games played in Burlington for Grades 2-3 while Grades 4-8 may have games in Burlington, Farmington, Avon and Simsbury.
BJSA will once again be holding goalkeeper clinics in the Spring. The clinics will be run by UK International and will focus on basic handling, diving, reaction saves & shot stopping, footwork and aerial balls.
Clinics are open to all BJSA players grades 2 through 8. Coaches, please only send those players who have shown an interest in being goalkeepers on a longer term basis.
Goalkeeper clinics will be held on Malerbo Field D. Dates and times will be posted sometime in April.

Each Fall and Spring playing season, CJSA sponsors a statewide Silent Sidelines weekend. Over the course of this weekend, coaches are permitted to give players direction from the sidelines. Spectators will be directed to refrain from making any comments to players, coaches or referees, but will be permitted to applaud efforts by players. The Spring Silent Sidelines weekend will be the third weekend of May and the Fall Silent Sidelines will be the third weekend of October. Please click here for more details.
